Unable to change password

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Unable to change password

I am receiving notifications to change my password, but am unable to get computer access to appropriate site. When I try, the page come us with incorrect code and message that if I have clicked on link my password may have already been changed. Please advise. Thank you, Lucie Jarrett

I'm not sure where you were trying to go, but try this: https://ldsaccount.lds.org/securitySettings
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
