My account for some reason has a message that states I'm not an LDS member. I have never clicked anything to my knowledge to indicate I'm not a member. I have been an LDS member my entire life. Thus, the site will not take my membership number. I need my account to accept my membership number and show me as a member. I am in desperate need of finding employment and cannot proceed on the site for employment due to this issue. Additionally, I am unable to pay my tithing online due to this. I need my membership status to be changed to
"Member" status. I cannot see any place in the site where I can go in and change this. I need help. Please respond back as to how this situation can be taken care of.

First go to https://ldsaccount.lds.org, log in and select the Membership tab. Enter your membership number and birthdate. If it tells you that it is already in use then you probably set up an account at some earlier time using your membership number. You can recover that account by logging out and then before logging in again, select the Forgot your username? link and then use your MRN to recover the old account.
