"Hidden" names

Our names are hidden on our ward and stake lists. We show up in LDS Tools on our own phones but others don't see our names etc. How do we fix this?

There is one other place you can control visibility of your email address:

• Bring up lds.org in a web browser.
  Sign in with your LDS Account.
  Click on 'My Account and Ward...'
  Click on 'Account Settings' at the top of the left-hand column in the menu.
  Click on 'Contact Settings' in left menu.
  Select your preferred option for email address visibility.

I'd say this is the preferred method, as the other method doesn't seem to include the "household" settings. However, it's not clear on where you need to go - and that's the on-line directory
