How to merge two membership accounts

Apparently my 19 year old daughter has two membership accounts. One has her MRN attached to it, the other does not. She knows this because when she tried adding the MRN to the account without it the message said the MRN was associated with another account. She can access both accounts on LDS.org. We would like to merge them because she has paid tithing online with the account without the MRN and the message said those donations won't show on the end of year document you would use for tax purposes.
Any help out there for merging the two accounts? Thanks.

You will need to work through your ward clerk. He can contact the global service center (GSC) on your behalf to have them merge the two LDS Accounts.
