Forgot Password and the Recovery Option failed

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Forgot Password and the Recovery Option failed

So i forgot my password after several times changing it due to the instruction i received through emails, saying that i have to keep changing my password every 3 months. I got to a point where i finally forgot my password and when i tried to do the password recovery option, it asks me a couple security questions which i never set previously. So i could not answer the security questions and i could never get my password recovered. Is there any other way?

Have you tried using the email recovery option or the membership record number recovery option?
