My MRN has been attached to a different account
I received a message that my MRN was attached to a different account and I can't get access to my ward directory and it's not added to my tithing slips

Odds are that it's an account you've created for something else - such as FamilySearch.
At the sign in screen, click the "forgot" link and use the MRN and birthdate option to recover the username for that account. If you've forgotten the password, you can do the same to reset the password.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
