Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I managed to sign in to this forum with my user name & password but when I try to sign to the welcome page of family search it says my user name doesn't exist i have re emailed several times to say forgot user name but it is still the same one I was issued with when I signed up any ideas to fix this? regards Wendy
