UNABLE TO ACCESS GENEALOGY SITE

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. My daughter is not able to access Family Search. We are using the confirmed user name but the system is not recognizing it. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest going to FamilySearch, Help > contact us.

This forum is mostly user to user support. So far, the community has not figured out what might be causing problems with FamilySearch.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
