Duplicate accounts

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Duplicate accounts

Does anyone know how to delete a duplicate LDS account? I don't remember/ know how I created two accounts but I want to delete the account that is not connected to my membership number.

Any suggestions?

You will need to work through your ward clerk to contact the Global Service Center. The GSC can delete the duplicate account or merge the two of them.
