Setting up child account Email address is "Not Valid"

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Here's something to try, if possible... From my personal experience, I have seen several tools have a dependency that the the LDS Account email address, and the Ward Directory email address, are the same. Same name and same domain (the test IS case sensitive too, if it involves CDOL).

Edit your son's email address to the Ward Directory and the LDS Account email address are the same. It will be interesting to hear the answer.
