Reprint Baptism Certificate

Reprint Baptism Certificate

I have been asked to produce my Baptismal Certificate. How do I request this and can it be reprinted? I was 8 when it was given to my parents and they cannot locate it.

The clerk can print a Baptismal Certificate, but it may not be for the original ward or have the signatures of the original people. However, the certificate is going to be based on your membership record. If you're being asked to produce the certificate to fix a membership problem, that's not going to work.
