Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. FamilySearch Account

I have an LDS account however it won't let me log into FamilySearch with my Username and Password. Everything is correct however it says that my Username doesn't exist even though it is the one that they are giving me to type in. What should I do?

Is it your username that appears here (brittany22evans) that you're using?
Did you recently change your username?
