Family History Activity Report

#1

Post by eviee »

When someone logs into FamilySearch it shows up on my monthly report (I am a stake Temple & family History consultant). If they log into the FamilySearch App on their mobile device is it counted just like they were on a regular computer and will it show up on my monthly report?

Yes, signing in to the mobile app does count and is included in the Family History Activity Report. One tiny clarification: it is possible to run the app with the phone in airplane mode or otherwise not connected to the Internet; in that case, there's no way for the usage of the Family Tree app to be counted. But as long as they are online when they use the app, then it will be counted.
