Help locating Minister/Bishop from 1950-1951

#1

Post by glasscove@hotmail.com »

I am searching for a Mormon Minister/Bishop from the Waterton, Alberta LDS Church. I don't have much information except that his wife may have been in a wheelchair. How do I find out who the leaders of the Waterton or area churches were in 1950-1951. Please email me at glasscove@hotmail.com and put Minister/Bishop in the subject line. Thanks so much

Because of privacy laws/policies, church headquarters might not be able to give out specific info about past church leaders. Your best bet may be visiting a local ward or branch there, or contacting the current bishop to see if they have a member who was in the ward during that time, who may remember. You can find the current wards and branches in the area at https://www.lds.org/maps/.
