Configuration of Meraki Firewall

#1

Post by mdantasf »

Hello guys, I have one doubt.

All configurations of the firewall Meraki only the Church staff can set? or FM Group, clerk tecnhlogy?

In the stake, was configurated DNS from of OpenDNS with locks to filter.lds.org for example and others problems with VLANs. This register one exception to audit systems.

Who are you talking to about this?

Thank you,

Questions and issues with filtering should be directed to the Global Service Center.

Church Headquarters, Yes.

Ok.

We can with headquaters staff reconfigure a activated firewall (Change DNS), fix this problems. I understand we should not use OpenDNS to do site locks, but Meraki firewall with scripts of the roles standard from Church staff.

Thanks.

I'd be very surprised if the staff will change the configuration from standard. But the standard configuration should work, as long as you're using the church specified DNS.

DNS is set by Church HQ and is the same configuration worldwide. If you are having issues with filtering, you can contact the GSC or provide feedback in TM under Tools --> Internet Filtering Policy --> Feedback link.
