I seem to recall being able to export the Membership Directory and save it as a CSV file so that it could be opened in a spreadsheet. I cannot find this option in Leader and Clerk Resources or MLS. The explanation in the Help section does not work. The menus and options listed in the help file are not available. Would like some suggestions for this. Thank You.

That ability was removed from the directory with the most recent update and it was never available in LCR. Over the last several years all exports have been removed as tools have updated and as far as I know with this change there is no longer any export option anywhere.
