Member updating own addresses

Can members who have an account on lds.org update their own addresses? I wasn't sure if they could update their own or the Clerk needed to update it.

Clerks have to do address changes.

Members can update their own contact information such as email and phone number.
But clerks have to do addresses. I'm not sure why, but addresses do have impact on what ward they belong to. A clerk should verify the new address is within the ward boundaries.

Ok, makes sense. That's what I thought that Clerks can only do addresses.
