Convert Baptism not showing in Quarterly Report

A convert was baptized Dec 15, confirmed the next day. Membership record is showing and contains the baptism and confirmation dates. That all looks good. However on the quarterly report this person does not show up under the "Converts baptized and confirmed in the last 12 months." This info is provided by church HQ, and as such there appears to be nothing I can do about it? Thoughts?

Was it the record created somewhere else and moved in?

When was the baptism recorded? The quarterly report information is created as a snapshot of the data that exists on the last day of the previous quarter (or early on the first day). So if the baptism was recorded after December 31st or was moved into your ward after the 31st then it wouldn't be included in the quarterly report for last quarter. It should show up in the next quarterly report.

Thanks for the info. I am not sure when it was recorded, the mission would of done that. It was not moved in.

It is possible that the baptism was not recorded by the mission before the beginning of the new year, which would result in this situation.

It was recorded Jan 11 so that is why it isn't on this quarterly report

And if I'm not mistaken, it won't appear in the next quarterly report because it took place in December. In short, this convert is lost from the reports.

The quarterly report looks at converts in the last 12 months, so the member will be listed on quarterly reports until the 2019Q4 report.

Ah, good to know. I thought it was a "this quarter" report.
