Proposed Ministering assignments

Is there any direction available regarding the new item in 'MInistering' named "Proposed MInistering assignments"? It appears that all of the existing assignments must be moved from "Proposed" to "existing assignments'?

Your existing assignments should still be listed under Ministering > Current Assignments. To start working with proposed assignments, you can start with an empty set of assignments or you can use the "Start with Current Assignments" button to use your current assignments as a starting spot for the proposal.
