Primary Secretary Access
Primary Secretary reports that she has no ability to edit class lists or teacher assignments. Does this sound correct?

Re: Primary Secretary Access
The Primary Secretary should have the same access as other members of the Primary Presidency. That should include the ability to change the class assignments and to manage primary callings.
Make sure she is using an LDS account connected to her own MRN and make sure her calling is recorded using the standard Primary Secretary calling (custom callings will have an asterisk beside them in the Organization section of LCR).

Everything looks like it is configured correctly. I would have her verify that the LDS Account she is using is correctly associated with her membership record. Have her sign in and then go to https://ldsaccount.lds.org/membership and see if her membership record number is associated with her account.
