Hello-

I am serving as the Ward Clerk for a recently organized Single Adults ward. This ward's boundaries encompasses/overlays 8 traditional stakes. Membership in this ward is elective. I would like to present a report to the Bishop of all prospective ward members (those whose memberships reside in a traditional ward, and are eligible to attend this ward).

Is there any way to get this besides going to each stake clerk and asking for this report?

Not that I know of.

Perhaps there's someone at the regional level that has that information.
