Hello,

My Branch moved into new rooms beginning of June. On maps.lds.org and in cdol the old adress shows up. Does anyone know how to change this or who is responsible to change that?

We already had a family walking to the wrong bulding on their first sunday in our branch.

Yes, this is updated by the clerk in MLS. It's under System Options > Unit. You can change meeting times there as well.

Meeting times, yes, but I'm not so sure the address comes from there.

I'd call the FM Group and make sure their database is current.

Unit address is a field in System Options (see https://tech.lds.org/wiki/System_Option ... it_address ). I think the stake can also set addresses (I know they can at least for the stake center) using the Leader and Unit Change Request form... Does Maps pull from somewhere else?

I am pretty sure Maps pulls from the database FM Group maintains.

The old MLS address entry fed the Classic ward and stake sites, and allowed a unit to put the correct address on the page while waiting for the main database to be updated. Those sites, of course, are discontinued.

I am not sure what the MLS unit address field feeds today.

The stake can change the address in MLS and that will come up to CDOL. I'm not sure if that updates maps or not.

But they can only change the stake center, right? I don't remember seeing any place where they can enter the wards.

It is under the Leader and Unit Change Request. It says mailing address on the unit tab, but it is the units physical address in CDOL.

Thanks for all your help. I, the branch clerk, changed the address in MLS under the System options. A day later it was shown in CDOL. But now the Ingolstadt Branch has no address in maps.lds.org at all.
I already waited for 5 days to see if it just takes a little bit more time before it is in maps, but still no address.

The next thing to do would be to have the FM group change the address in FMAT or GPM.
