Re: Attendance Sheets
There is no longer away to print blank roll from MLS. However you can down load a file from store.lds.org.

Re: Attendance Sheets
What do you mean by "blank"? You mentioned specific classes, so it sounds like you want a class name on the roll. Do you also want the names of the class members (in which case, "blank" only refers to the check marks indicating weekly attendance)?hadov wrote:I would like to know how to print blank class attendance rolls for specific classes.
If that's what you want, you can print class rolls from LDS.org using Clerk Resources, or from MLS.

Re: Attendance Sheets
Forgive me for not replying. We added blank rows on attendance sheets.

Re: Attendance Sheets
Whoever answers these questions does not provide much help. When someone is asking "how" I would expect an answer that reflects information such as:
Go to MLS
Along the top header fine Reports/ Forms
Scroll to Reports / tools
Click on Unit Statistics
I know that is not how you get attendance rolls. I would not know how you get them as I am looking for some instructions to find them and I came across this post and I had to comment. Thanks!

Re: Attendance Sheets
Ok I found it,
Go to Organizations along the top of MLS
Go to Organization you wish to print attendance rolls for.
Click on the specific group within the organization.
A new screen will open
Now, along the right side of the page under "members" there is a button labeled print.
Hit that print button and it will print Blank attendance rolls for 3 or 4 months out.
Thanks!

I think that answered the question and saw not need to give further details as there was none to give.Gary_Miller wrote:There is no longer away to print blank roll from MLS. However you can down load a file from store.lds.org.

Re: Attendance Sheets
We recommend you print attendance rolls from Leader and Clerk Resources. As we add new functionality to LCR, some of those features are not added to MLS. In the case of attendance rolls, the LCR 3.0 features that allow adding out-of-unit members are not supported in MLS and those members will not appear on rolls printed from MLS.
