This can be done in one or two step process.
Based on future use you may decide to use the first or second method.
First method: obtain the bulk latitude/longitude of each membership. That information will not change over time . You can use a tool called CSV 2 Geo data at https://csv2geo.com.
then pass it to some mapping tool to create visualization as people usually like visual maps.
The second approach can be to pass at bulk all addresses (without having latitude/longitude) to a mapping tool. Ex. walklists.com can handle such a request and will also produce pdf file.
