My daughter just received her call; however, when we try to enter the PIN she was given, we receive an error message that says her pin is incorrect. What do we do?

There seems to be an issue with my missionary Portal. When I select the "Things to do Immediately" and "What to do next" there is nothing to do. Each section is blank. Is there anything I can do??
