Question on clerk computers upgrade/refresh process

Can someone point me to the process for upgrading the computers for the clerks offices in the Stake?

Normally, when an administrative computer is five years old, the FM Group replaces it. However, in the 4th year, the stake Physical Facilities Representative (PFR), who is a high councilor, is supposed to coordinate with the FM Group to make sure they include budget to cover the expense. Some FM Groups are pretty good about tracking the age of computers and will remember to budget for replacements, but it is still good to make sure it happens.bryonbowman wrote:Can someone point me to the process for upgrading the computers for the clerks offices in the Stake?
