Updates
When are updates typically pushed out? Is it possible to schedule a machine to wake up from sleep so it can update and reboot before Sunday?

Re: Updates
You may find wake up options in the BIOS. You could try turning it on Saturday evening after the heat of the day has passed to let it run overnight. I'm not sure if that will fix the reboot to long update issue.

Re: Updates
Windows should tell you when updates are ready to download/install when you look at the machine on Sunday.
When you first arrive before the meetings tell Windows to download the updates. By the time you are ready to leave after your meetings you can start the update and the subsequent reboot. By the time you come in Tuesday/Wednesday/Sunday everything will be complete.
