18 year old Laurels

We have two Laurels who recently turned 18 and have been called into the Laurel Presidency. In our ward they stay in the Laurels until High School graduation. Since they are 18 they do not appear as part of the Laurels group and I cannot add their calling into the Presidency. Any work around?

You have to manually move them back into the Laurel group before you can add them to the presidency.

The system moved them to Relief Society automatically when they turned 18. As russellhltn said, you will need to move them back to Laurels manually.

I would suggest that you also make a note that you will find around high school graduation time. This note will remind you that you need to move them manually from the Laurel class back into Relief Society at the appropriate time.
