Separating records from head of household
We have several situations where adult children are living with a parent. Is there a policy about when adult children should be separated from their parents to form a new head of household when they live at the same address as their parents?

Bishop's prerogative.
Some clerks report that they separate the children if they leave home for any reason and come back.

One factor the bishop should consider is home teaching, which is done on a household basis. If it is desirable to have different home teachers for one or more of the adult children, then they would need to be split out into their own households so that different home teachers can be assigned.
