Tracking meta data for YSA ward (CRM type tool)

I was recently called to a bishopric in a YSA ward. There is a lot of info we are trying to manage.

1) We have a lot of work to do just getting our records to be accurate. Ward Missionaries, Elders Quorum, and Relief Society all going out in mass to try and just find out who on the records are still living at the address identified. As they return and report we have bits and pieces of information that come back as we try to meet the requirements to do the due diligence before we send their record to records unknown. We need a place to enter this so we are not always working from hard copy.

2) We have new members that come in who need callings, interviews and home teachers. We have a form they fill out that helps us know talents that may be helpful to know as we fill callings (e.g. music, sports, etc.).

3) Our fellowship committee has set up a great program to track the integration progress of new move ins. They track if they have come to FHE, Ward Prayer, Munch and Mingle, etc. This is also tracked on hard copy, and is tough to aggregate with other statistics that are important to the bishop.

Any suggestions on a CRM type tool you are using to keep track of all this information and keep it in a central location to help the bishop get a true feel for the total health of his flock?

Sorry if this isn't the right board, if it isn't point me to the correct one.

Spreadsheets on Google Drive, shared with ward council members, presidencies, and/or committees, have been very useful in my YSA ward (and stake)!

Agreed! We use those in our ward as well, but it is a pain having to manage two lists especially when you have people coming and going so often.

Inform your Stake President that the tech site informs you that the only way to have the Church consider new functionality on the web site or mobile tools (other than what they come up with themselves, that they also keep secret and do not share) is to send a message to a General Authority asking for the functionality. Once enough Stake Presidents have asked for the same thing, it'll likely get on a list to be prioritized against all the other stuff that is being requested.
