I have a 14 year old member that can not be given ministering assignment. My Elders Quorum President called and asked if I knew why he wasn't able to see one of the young men on his ministering report.
He lives with his mother and step father everyone is active. I wasn't able to find anything when searching the forums

What priesthood does he hold? I'd think he'd have to be at least a Teacher.
Also, make sure his records are really in the ward and he's not a out-of-unit member.
