CHQ Church Headquaters PHONE NUMBER

As a response to a recent post it was suggest that I contact CHQ (Church Headquaters?) to solve my problem. I have looked everywhere and cannot find a phone number. Does anyone know how to go about contacting them over a financial question that cannot be solved locally? Thank You!
