Is there a fee to void / stop payment on lost fast offering checks?

In the past year, we have had a few members lose rent, utility, etc checks that need to be voided out. Is there a fee associated (locally or otherwise) when we need to do this?

I am unaware of any fee imposed by the church. However, it is my understanding that welfare checks should not be given to the member to take to the provider. We mail them to the provider or if the need is urgent a member of the bishopric delivers the check in person.
