Total Cost for Full-time Missionary (Elders)? $9600 or $9200?

We have two male missionaries who have completed their full-time service (24 months) . Each of them contributed $9600.00 to his account. Only $9200.00 has been transferred to HQ, so each has a $400.00 surplus. Will the remaining $400.00 be transferred?

If they each served for 24 months, there should be another transfer for each of them. However, if they came home more than 15 days early, perhaps for school or some other reason, there might be only 23 payments. You might also check and see if a payment was not transfered at some point during the middle of their missions. That happens sometimes.
