I believe you order that from store.lds.org.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

If you live in the U.S. or Canada, you should contact store.lds.org and if you live elsewhere, you should follow the instructions of your area office. Thank you. I looked around for a while and couldn’t find an electronic copy of the letterhead. We do have hard copies at the ward.

When you order from LDS Store, you only get hard copies, as I understand. They are set up for you to print the body of the letter, etc. to them, rather than have a digital copy you print on plain paper.jtsummie wrote:Thank you.
