Quarterly Report for Prison Unit - Ministering

I'm the Stake Clerk. One my my branch / ward clerks wrote me the following. We have a prison unit/ branch where brothers there are not assigned as ministering brothers and they don't do interviews.
Help!I finished the quarterly report for the prison, but I can’t submit it. It is requesting quantities on the Ministering brother companionships interviewed and Ministering sister companionships interviewed line items. There are no “boxes” to place numbers… which of course it there were… they’d be zero since they can’t be hold priesthood responsibilities…. Please look into this and let me know how I can get the report submitted. As I said… it’s ready to go…
