Ministering Companions Report

Before the last update in August I was able to run a concise report showing
Name, Companion(s), Assignment, District
The assignment was family name and phone number only. This report was very handy for managing a district. I no longer seem to be able to find anything similar without running a full assignments report that takes many pages. Is it located somewhere else? Or is this report no longer available?
