Recent Convert Elder Ordination not showing on Qtrly report

One of our wards has a recent convert that was recently ordained to an Elder. He shows up on the Elders grouping, but he does not show up on the info on the bottom of the quarterly report. Is there some issue here?

When was he ordained and when was it recorded? If he was ordained at the end of March, it wouldn't surprise me but what it wasn't recorded until April - too late to make the quarterly report snapshot.

Converts who are ordained elders during the quarter show up in the info on the report for that quarter. If he was ordained during the quarter, but the ordination was not recorded until the next quarter, he does not show up because the computer did not know about the ordination. And he does not show up in the following quarterly report because he was not ordained during that quarter.
Both the ordination and the recording of it must take place during the same quarter for it to appear on the report.

Just to check, how recently was the member baptized? For the purpose of the quarterly report, a recent convert is someone who was baptized within the last 12 months, even if for fellowshipping or other needs he's still considered "recent."
