I am having trouble when I try to access Stake Leadership information and Confidential Records information. For the past two weeks it has come intermittently (but mostly) with the message: "Sorry, something went wrong loading the requested data. Try refreshing the page or trying again later." I never could get onto Confidential records to approve a Cancellation of Sealing request so I finally had to do it from my LDS Tools app on my iPhone. Is there something I need to be doing, or is this a glitch in the system? Please let me know.

Is this in MLS on the ward computer or LCR at lds.org?
If the latter, I'd suggest trying another computer - or at least another browser.
