Very nice, but I can't believe you have time for FIVE speakers. Two youth speakers and two 'adult' speakers always seem to take the entire time if not more. Thanks again for your efforts.

I have updated this form for our ward and changed it around a bit. I want to thank the OP for their file, it was a GREAT starting point for us. I have attached both the Excel file and the PDFs in case someone would like to adapt it for their ward. The font used for this form is Swis721 BT and Swis721 Lt BT.

Hi love the form... I'm a bit computer illiterate, but would love to be able to change the form a little and then have it as a fillable form on a tablet to use each week rather than using a wet ink doc. Can anyone help me. Cheers Kev
