District Exec help please.

#1

Post by MikeB51 »

Hi All.
Would someone please help me. I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum but it was the closest I could find. I am the District Exec and I receive emails advising me that there is a new Melchizedek PH ordination form to print, but when I try to do it I get an " Access Denied" message. Is this correct or should I be able to print the request?
Thank you and kind regards,
Mick.

According to the access table the exec secretary does not have access to it. The clerks do.

Which raises the question of why the Exec Sec is getting the emails if he can't do anything about it. Is he just CCed so he can poke someone else? Perhaps the text needs a little tweaking.

Or even better, since the executive secretary is likely the one to set up the stake interview, let him print out the form.
