How long are baptism records stored before being shredded? We are a mission with many convert baptism records and no room to store them.

You should have a Mission Office Administration procedure or handbook that should contain that information for a mission office. Your mission president will be able to help you with any additional guidance that may not be covered in the written procedures.

Have someone in the mission office contact the Global Service Center. In some areas they are scanning these records for long-term storage. In case the agent you reach at the GSC doesn't know what to look for to, tell them to find someone who knows about the new member consent form retention project.
