It took a few days, but I was assured by CHQ that it wasn't a bug - it was by design and approved by both the Priesthood Department and Correlation.

HB1: Introduction hasn't been updated, but I believe it still accurate as far as distribution of physical books. I would assume it's ok for anyone with access to HB1 on-line to see the secured office copy kept by the Ward/Stake Clerk.

So all you assistant clerks, visit clerksupport.lds.org. Enjoy.

Just remember, no quoting in the forums - but references welcome.
Hmm, I see a link to Handbook 1, but when I click it it just brings up Handbook 2. I'm a general "Stake Assistant Clerk" (not assigned to technology or membership or finance) so I would assume I'd have access if you do. Any ideas why it might be different for me? Is it still working for you?

I just tried and it worked for me. I'm a Stake Assistant Clerk and a Stake Assistant Clerk - Technology Specialist, so I don't know which one gives me access now.

According to the list I've seen, "Stake Assistant Clerk" should have access. I don't think I saw the link to HB1 in clerksupport before I did have access. It's working for me as of this posting.

I assume you have access to other things so we can rule out "custom calling" problems?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

I was able to find you in the CDOL. It looks right to me. Is HB1 still locked out for you?

Yes, I have access to the other tools. Maybe it's taking a while to propagate permissions?

Are you trying it in "Clerk Resources" or "Clerk Support"?

Clerk Support is the only place I can see HB1. Use the link Russell provided.

If you have access to the other tools then your permissions are propagated.

Assistant Ward Clerk - Finances here. The ink through Clerk Support works for me, although I'm still hoping for my permissions to sync up with my Gospel Library app.

Note that HB1 is not in Gospel Library, regardless of your permissions, if that's what you were hoping for.
