I've been able to send emails to various missionaries for quite some time over the past few years. However, after a few emails I sent out today, the new emails started to be sent back to me with an error 554. I've tried two different email addresses of mine to send out emails to missionaries, and every one now comes back with the 554 error. Even my emails to my missionary son are now blocked. How do I get this fixed?

The message is the same now for any Missionary I try to email, and for any email address of mine I use. The only difference is the email address shown in the error message that I was trying to email. Here is the message I am getting, [Note, I have changed the reported email address line in the example for privacy of the missionary]. I have tried over 20 different missionaries that I know and they all come back with this error message now:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

<any missionary address>@myldsmail.net

Please help so I can email my missionary son again.

Is the email address that you're sending from a standard/common domain, like @gmail.com or @outlook.com? Or is it a custom/business email address?

Following the link, it says the IP isn't blocked (at the time I looked). Any blockage is most likely temporary.

If you continue to have problems, you might want to have someone check your computer/computer network to make sure it's not being used to spend spam.

Hello brethren, I have a problem with my computer for the past two weeks now it has not been coming on and that has been a big challenged for me to do the church work. and also the air condition in the office is not working anymore and that has made things so uncomfortable for us. so please brethren we need your help.

If you need help from someone specific, please contact the relevant person/group directly. Being as this is a user-to-user discussion forum, nobody here is likely to be able to help the specific issues you're experiencing.

For the computer problem, if it's the stake/ward clerk computer, you should contact your stake/ward technology specialist.

For the air-conditioning problem, if it's the stake/ward clerks office air conditioning, you should let your stake president/bishop know, and they can look in to correcting it.
