Missionary Online Recommendation System -- NULL return

Within the Missionary Online Recommendation System, we will see progressing recommendations where the membership records reside outside of our stake but the financial and home unit is within our stake. Next to the names there will be a link for "Other Units." Generally, when you click on this link, it will return the submitting unit and other associated information. Now, when we click these links, it returns a "NULL" prompt within the browser. Is anyone else encountering this or have a remedy?
