Problem signing in to CDOL

Right now when I attempt to sign in to CDOL, I get a friendly red message at the top of the page:
An error occurred during login, please log in again.
I do not know if this is related, but I recently changed my LDS Account user name. When I attempt to sign in with my old user name, I get this expected result:
The following error(s) must be corrected:
  • Incorrect username or password;
I am a ward clerk and I have used CDOL before, and I still have normal access to Leader and Clerk Resources, the LDS Store, and other sites that use the LDS Account. CDOL is the only site that is giving me trouble.

It looks like we might have a problem handling the changed user name. I updated your user name in our database. Give that a try and see if that works.

I am having the exact same problem, I had to change my username from travis.payton because the "." in the username did not work with the tech.lds.org projects or other services. Now I can sign into the projects section, but cannot access cdol anymore.

Your user info is fixed in CDOL now.
