Basically if you missed the free upgrade, you will need to wait until the next computer replacement cycle.seperry wrote:With teh ending of support for Windows 7 & 8, is it OK to upgrade to Windows 10?
See the notes in the Help Centre about W10 https://tech.lds.org/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 87#p160787
The article in your next post refers mainly to the fact that you won't be able to purchase a W7 & 8 computer. Microsoft support will continue to 2020, at least.

Hello, my name is John, if you have the opportunity to get a file from actulizacion to Windows 10, he has an option where you ask "if you have a valid license of Windows and want to upgrade to W10" I've done.

Re: Windows 10 Upgrade status
At this point, there are no free Windows 10 upgrades. Unless the machine came with Windows 10 and downgraded to 7, there is no free upgrade.

You can get a free upgrade to windows 10 still, if you are an assistive technology user.
