Where did Leadership Library go and is it coming back?

I am serving as a senior missionary in Africa. We have been using Leadership Library and training new leaders how to use it, but for about the past month it no longer appears for us on LDS.org. Is this the case for you in other countries? Any link to Leadership Training Library defaults to a tutorial page (this one for example will just take us to the tutorial page: https://www.lds.org/service/leadership/ ... rd-council -- it should be going to a video for ward council training. For us those videos are just gone. We can't find them any where.

I used the search function and found it in the Media Library. Link
