Please be more specific than "It didn't work." What happened? Did you get an error message page? Did the page load hang for an excessive duration? If it hung, what was the status indication? (Looking up ..., Waiting for ..., Loading ..., other) Without more specific information, nobody will be able to provide any help.

At lds.org and its subdomains, sometimes browser cookies and/or the browser's cache get corrupted. Please try a few things:

• Delete all relevant cookies.
  
  Clear the browser's cache.
  
  Do a full page reload, not just a refresh. (In Firefox, that's Shift-Ctrl-R rather than just Ctrl-R.)
  
  If you have Chrome available, try it.

Please inform what happens when you have tried all three of those things.
