Depending on her skill set, you might see if the stake president would go along with calling her as an "Assistant Technology Specialist" assigned to your ward. In addition to website maintenance, she could assist those in the ward with tech-type questions.

A website administrator can be any member 12 years old or older, male or female.
We had a sister as a website administrator for many years. She was fully able to function in her calling until health challenges from advancing age required her to have a different calling.

Unfortunately, that's for the old directory that's been retired.

It's been reported that there's no role for the Website Admin in the current map/directory that was rolled out in 2019.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
